Circus is the seventh album by Britney Spears. It rolls into town on the heels of an MTV VMA awards sweep, where Britney walked away with three Moonmen awards for 'Video of the Year', 'Best Female' and 'Best Pop Video' for 'Piece Of Me'. Circus is the follow up to her critically well received album, Blackout, just in in time for her 27th birthday. The lead single, 'Womanizer' (produced by the up and coming Atlanta production team The Outsyders) has already created a frenzy amongst Britney fantaics, radio and the media alike-underscoring Britney's continued reign as one of the Queens of Pop.

2009-06-12 -- 4/5:: I love a lot of the music Britney makes, and I don't care who knows it
I am in my twenties, and male, and I like a lot of the music Britney Spears comes up with. I really don't understand why Britney gets so much hate. She may have some personal problems, but how is that MY business?

Songs like, Womanizer, Circus, and If U Seek Amy are just downright catchy and dance/toe tap worthy. If you disagree, that is fine. But I do not understand how anyone who claims to truly like music can say they hate her.

Of COURSE her music is "pop" music, and of COURSE it isn't deep and meaningful and moving and yada yada. You will notice that Norah Jones consistently sells far fewer copies of her music than anything Britney Spears puts out. There is a REASON for that, and it is called mass market appeal.

People like what is catchy, and what they can sing along with, and I am one of them. So there. =P

2009-06-09 -- 5/5:: Suprisingly Very Very Good...~
I had my doubts at first but this album shows you she is back and ready for business. I don't judge celebrities by their actions because many of us are the same; we're just not in the limelight to air out our dirty laundry. I'm proud of Britney. I'm not really a fan because I hate that robotic sound she always has and the teeny bopper beats. Everything on the radio sounds the same nowadays. But this is different. She has really good beats and uses more of her natural vocals than the robotic sound we're used to hearing. This is a perfect example of a diamond in the rough. No matter how much you've been through, gone through, or still working your way through, you can always come back as polished as ever. I'm in your corner Britney. I know the best is yet to come and I look forward to it. This is just the beginning...YOU GO GIRL! {Smile}

2009-06-06 -- 1/5:: Britney is gone and not relevent
This new album by Britney the "princess" is so lame and phony it makes me sick! The picture of the "princess" on the cover is just that, phony. She's got what looks like a wig on and we all know she shaved her hair off and was bald. YuK! Her whiny little voice is pathetic, not sweet like she thinks it is. The song title, "Lace and Leather" is a lot like the Stevie Nicks tune, "Leather and Lace". But, Stevie can sing and write good tunes, unlike Ms. Phony Britney! This girl is a mess! What planet is she on? I think she should take a shuttle craft to the Moon and stay there!
"Blur", "Shattered Glass", "My Baby" sound alot like her screwed up life. She is a case of someone that young people should not identify with. She's no role model! Forget about It! Her music is like her life, it lacks what normal people call reality!

2009-06-04 -- 5/5:: Britney is back!
What a great comeback! Bravo Britney you did it again!

Britney's newest album is consistent with her style. It is pretty much fun pop music that is irresistible to sing and dance along with. Her radio hits are some of the best songs on the album, but this isn't one of those albums where only the "hit" songs are good. In fact, every song is different and fun. I decided to pick this up after seeing her on her Circus tour (which was amazing beyond words) and I am so glad I did. It is basically all I have been listening to for the past three months and it hasn't gotten old yet. The beats are addicting and the lyrics are fun. I am personally very happy that Britney has shot back and showed us she is the same old successful Britney she started as. All fans should definitely get this album. I am not even a Britney fanatic; I didn't get her last album, either. But Circus is a definite must-have!

omg wow she did it again, i can't stop listening to blur or mannequin entire album is very addictive, must have, right now I'm gonna stop writing and go listen to britney.
