Nederdien @CraigoZ1 I never saw Kempff playing the Moonlight Sonata, but I have his CD and I am fine with his interpretation ..
poschlange Bach want's to writes this play to test a organ! All tones should be include in this play. I think this challenge is very hard to handle but Bach does it. Bach rules!!!! (sorry for my bad english)
horgerate Muhahahaha :D
jNS278 @TheJudyMie i agree .. i dont like this
grizzlyganymede Yep, this is just the mid-sized instrument I'd like at home. But I'll need to paste up an extra thickness of wallpaper to save the long-suffering neighbours' ears. And I'll need to learn how to play it of course. Very good rendition anyway & well filmed
Pedomepolog40 merci
CraigoZ1 @TheJudyMie I can feel a lot of emotions in his play and believe me...i often dont like music just because the interpret only 'plays' it but does not feel it. Did you ever see Wilhelm Kempff play the 'Mondschein Sonate'? He has more or less the same face expression. Those great artist are just in another world when they play...you could say that they become ones with their instrument ^^
Amadare26 i'm even more into Petes comment than into that song xD
TwardyHuj Jeeesuuuuuz!!! hard core
flashzagor this is simply magic
icantgetanaccountnam There is something to be said about the "artist's" interpretation of the music. There is also something to be said about the ability to execute the work as written. Both difficult to do well, and both worthy of praise.

googlekopfkind thats no master counterpoint ...
TheJudyMie there's only one thing missing: the emotion. he's so concentrated, to play perfect, but feelings are the perfection.
